Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@artisanwallstickers.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. General Terms

  • By placing an order with Artisan Wallstickers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed with Artisan Wallstickers and are governed by the laws of Australia.

2. Print File Setup

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all print files are correctly set up, including proper cut lines. Artisan Wallstickers provides guidelines for file preparation, and it is expected that customers adhere to these guidelines. If an error in the setup results in improper cutting and the decal has already been printed, the customer is responsible for the cost of the decal. Should a replacement be required, the customer must place and pay for a new order at full price.

3. Shipping and Lost Packages

  • Artisan Wallstickers utilises third-party shipping companies to deliver products. Once the product has been handed over to the shipping company, Artisan Wallstickers is no longer responsible for its delivery. In the event of a lost package, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping company to determine the cause and resolution of the issue. Artisan Wallstickers will assist by providing necessary shipping information and documentation. If a resolution requires resending the product, Artisan Wallstickers will share 50% of the cost to resend the product to the intended destination, based on customer-provided instructions.

4. Decal Peeling Issues

  • Replacements for decals that are peeling off walls will only be provided if there is sufficient evidence that the decal is at fault. The evidence must include:
    • Proof that the issue affects multiple items in the same batch.
    • Information on the customer's paint type, including the brand and finish.
    • Details of the application method used.
    • Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.
  • Artisan Wallstickers reserves the right to investigate the claim thoroughly. If the decal is found to be faulty, Artisan Wallstickers will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping. If the decal is not found to be at fault, the customer must reorder and pay full price.

5. Damaged or Frayed Decals

  • If decals are found to be damaged or frayed before application, Artisan Wallstickers will cover the costs of reprinting the affected items. Customers must notify Artisan Wallstickers within 14 days of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence of the damage. Reprints will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Artisan Wallstickers’ liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including print files and shipping information, are accurate and complete. Any changes to an order must be communicated to Artisan Wallstickers promptly.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error by Artisan Wallstickers. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving a defective or incorrect product. We will provide instructions for returning the product, and a replacement or refund will be processed once the product has been received and inspected.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Artisan Wallstickers respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our privacy policy.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and products created by Artisan Wallstickers remain the intellectual property of Artisan Wallstickers. Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs or products for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Artisan Wallstickers.

12. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet commenced. To cancel an order, customers must contact Artisan Wallstickers as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, cancellation is not possible, and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order.

13. Force Majeure

  • Artisan Wallstickers shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Artisan Wallstickers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
